License Agreement

Effective Date: 1 March 2025

1. General Provisions​

1.0. The Licensor is an individual, Andrei Sukhanov.

1.1. This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").

1.2. By installing or using the Software, the user accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2. Rights and Restrictions​

2.1. The Licensor grants the user a non-exclusive right to use the Software.

2.2. The user is not allowed to distribute, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to third parties without the permission of the Licensor.

3. Warranty and Support​

3.1. The Licensor guarantees the functionality of the Software within the declared features only for paid users who comply with payment obligations.

3.2. The Licensor undertakes to provide user support within a reasonable timeframe only for paid users who comply with payment obligations.

4. Limitation of Liability​

4.1. The Licensor is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

5. Term of Agreement​

5.1. This Agreement remains in effect until its termination.

5.2. The Licensor has the right to terminate this Agreement in case of a violation of its terms by the user.
